Booking Policies
New clients are required to complete Health History and Consent forms before they arrive for their appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of appointment.
Direct Billing now requires a valid credit card on file. A separate Insurance Authorization and Consent form must be completed to allow direct billing on your behalf. If it has not been completed in advance, you will be required to pay for the scheduled service.
All Saskatchewan Blue Cross members are required to complete an updated Insurance Authorization and Consent form in order to have Direct Billing set up on their behalf. This information must be provided BEFORE the scheduled appointment.

New Clients & Reactivation
All NEW and DISCHARGED clients (those who have not scheduled in 12+ months) are required to contact me directly by phone or preferably by text to discuss treatment options and schedule appointments. (Please do not submit waitlist requests.)
Online intake forms must now be completed BEFORE your appointment can be confirmed.
New clients WILL NOT be accepted between July 1st and September 1st.
Manual Osteopathic Therapy
Canada Life does not currently reimburse for these treatments. It is a clients responsibility to discuss coverage by CMMOTA members with their insurance provider.
These treatments ARE NOT MASSAGE THERAPY and do not use any oil or lotion and are performed fully clothed, therefore comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is required (NO JEANS).
Manual Osteopathic Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, assessment based treatment focused on helping the body find balance to promote the body’s natural ability to self-heal. These treatments are offered to current clients only.
Integrative Osteopathic Massage treatments are a holistic full body approach to healing! Following Osteopathic principles, gentle assessments and palpation are done to help the therapist determine areas of tension and dysfunction throughout different systems of the body. This allows the therapist to better understand and treat the root cause of the problem instead of the symptoms alone. Your treatment plan is determined based on the results of the assessment, as well as the consultation. This unique combination provides clients with a powerful healing approach that addresses pain and dysfunction in multiple ways. These treatments include assessment and treatment of the muscles, joints, connective tissues, nervous system, lymphatic system, and internal organs.
Canada Life does not reimburse for the Osteopath portion of these treatments.
Therapeutic Massage Therapy- CURRENT CLIENTS ONLY
If you are a NEW CLIENT or it has been 12+ months since your last appointment, you are REQUIRED to contact me to complete a health history and consent form before scheduling an Initial Appointment. Failure to do so will result in appointments being CANCELLED.
Traditional therapeutic massage therapy to help manage acute or chronic pain, injuries and muscle tension. These treatments DO NOT include any Manual Osteopath techniques. Manual Osteopathic Therapy must be scheduled separately.
