As a dual licensed therapist, I provide both Massage Therapy AND Manual Osteopathic Therapy. Please be sure to read service descriptions and select the appropriate treatment when booking online.

New Clients & Reactivation
If you are a new client, or it has been over 12 months since your last appointment, you are required to schedule an initial appointment. Intake forms are MANDATORY for any client who has not booked in over 12 months or it is their first appointment.
Manual Osteopathic Therapy
Canada Life does not currently reimburse for these treatments. It is a clients responsibility to discuss coverage with their insurance provider.
These treatments are performed fully clothed therefore comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is required. (NO JEANS) These treatments DO NOT include any massage.
Manual Osteopathic Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment focused on helping the body find balance to promote self-healing. Treatments begin with an extensive intake/consultation and assessment to help determine the root cause of pain and dysfunction. Your therapist will develop a treatment plan based on the consultation and results of the assessment. Treatments are composed of a variety of techniques including:
Muscle Energy Techniques
Myofascial Remodelling
Cranial Osteopathy/ Craniosacral
Manual Lymphatic Therapy
Visceral Manipulation
Somatic Exercises/movement
Integrative Osteopathic Massage
This is the only treatment option that allows the therapist to incorporate Manual Osteopathic principles, assessments and techniques with traditional massage therapy.
Integrative Osteopathic Massage treatments are a holistic full body approach to healing! Following Osteopathic principles, gentle assessments and palpation are done to help the therapist determine areas of tension and dysfunction throughout different systems of the body. This allows the therapist to better understand and treat the root cause of the problem instead of the symptoms alone. Your treatment plan is determined based on the results of the assessment, as well as the consultation. This unique combination provides clients with a powerful healing approach that addresses pain and dysfunction in multiple ways. These treatments include assessment and treatment of the muscles, joints, connective tissues, nervous system, lymphatic system, and internal organs.
Canada Life does not reimburse for the Osteopath portion of these treatments.
Reflexology Massage (Current massage clients only)
If this is your first time booking or it has been 12+ months since your last visit, you are required to schedule an initial appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of appointment.
Combines traditional Swedish Massage with Foot Reflexology.
Swedish Massage (Current massage clients only)
If you are a new client, you are required to schedule an Initial Appointment.
Traditional massage techniques, using light to moderate pressure, for general maintenance. These treatments are offered to current massage clients as part of their regular, ongoing treatment plan.
The therapist is not allowed to include any form of Manual Osteopathic assessment or techniques in these treatments. Clients interested in those treatments are required to schedule a separate appointment.
