Intake forms are NOT OPTIONAL! These are required, not only by me as a therapist, but my professional associations and liability insurance providers. The effectiveness of your treatment relies on the information YOU provide.

New Clients & Reactivation

All new and inactive clients (those who have not scheduled in 12+ months) are required to contact me directly schedule an Initial Appointment.
New Massage Therapy clients are accepted by referral only. Please be sure to include the name of the person you were referred by. Those seeking Full Body Relaxation Massage will no longer be accepted.

Manual Osteopathic Therapy

Canada Life does not currently reimburse for these treatments. It is a clients responsibility to discuss coverage by CMMOTA members with their insurance provider. Manual Osteopathic Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, assessment based treatment focused on helping the body find balance to promote the body’s natural ability to self-heal. Traditional therapeutic massage therapy to help manage acute or chronic pain, injuries and muscle tension. These treatments DO NOT include any Manual Osteopath techniques. Manual Osteopathic Therapy must be scheduled separately.

Diane graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy, with distinction, in 2011 and has been a member in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan since mastering the provincial board exam that same year. In 2021 she knew it was time for a change and enrolled in the Manual Osteopathic College of Canadas accelerated 2 year program. Diane graduated, with honours and distinction, in 2023 and joined the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association.

As a dual licensed therapist, she is able to provide Massage Therapy treatments AND Manual Osteopathic Therapy treatments.
