- CLOSED March 26-30. Calls and messages will be returned on March 31.
💳 Insurance Direct Billing
Direct Billing is a courtesy and not guaranteed. The therapist is under no obligation to submit claims on your behalf.
- Insurance coverage is a contract between the client and the insurer- not the therapist.
- Clients are responsible for requesting and completing the Insurance Authorization, Consent & Assignment of Benefits Form in advance.
- This is required by your Insurance Provider and authorizes the therapist to submit claims, release necessary treatment information, and assigns payments to the therapist.
- Coverage is not guaranteed — clients are responsible for verifying coverage and for any unpaid balances, therefore a valid credit card is required on file.
- Direct billing is available for your primary insurance plan only- clients are responsible for submitting to secondary insurers.
🩺 Health History & Informed Consent
- All new clients, and those who have not booked in 12+ months, must complete their own health history and consent forms before receiving treatment.
- Only the person receiving the treatment can fill out and sign these forms, not a spouse, partner, friend, or family member.
Late, incomplete, or missing forms WILL result in shortened treatment time, inability to set up and submit insurance claims, or canceling/rescheduling at the client’s expense.
Please read service descriptions before booking

Manual Osteopathic Therapy - Holistic Full Body Approach (NOT A MASSAGE!)
A gentle, clothed, hands-on therapy — not a massage
Manual osteopathic therapy is a subtle, whole-body approach designed to restore balance, mobility, and function in the body. It works with your joints, fascia, nervous system, and internal structures — not just the muscles.
Please note: This is not a form of massage therapy and does not involve deep tissue work or relaxation-focused techniques.
Treatment may include:
• Osteoarticulations: Gentle hands-on work to improve joint movement, reduce stiffness, and restore mobility.
• Myofascial Remodeling: Releases tension in connective tissues to improve posture and movement.
• Cranial Osteopathy: Subtle techniques on the head and spine to support nervous system balance and overall wellbeing.
• Lymphatic Drainage Therapy: Light, rhythmic movements that support circulation, reduce swelling, and promote detoxification.
• Visceral Manipulation: Gentle work on tissues around the organs to improve movement, digestion, and overall body function.
✅ Performed fully clothed – please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing (NO JEANS)
🚫 Not eligible for direct billing – some plans may allow manual submission for reimbursement
This therapy is gentle, individualized, and well-suited for those who may find traditional deep pressure treatments too intense.
📌 If you're seeking massage for muscle tension or relaxation, please book a massage therapy session instead.
Therapeutic Massage Therapy- Current Clients Only (New clients & those inactive 12+ must book Initial Appointment)
Therapeutic, hands-on care for muscle tension, stress, and soft tissue concerns.
Massage therapy focuses on the muscles, fascia, and soft tissues of the body to reduce pain, improve mobility, relieve tension, and support your overall well-being. Treatments are tailored to your needs and may include techniques such as:
Swedish massage
Deep tissue therapy
Myofascial release
Trigger point therapy
Massage therapy is helpful for:
✔️ Muscle soreness or overuse

✔️ Support with injury recovery
🧘 Sessions are available in light to deep pressure and are focused on your comfort and treatment goals.
🚫 Please note: Massage therapy does not include manual osteopathic techniques such as cranial-sacral therapy, joint mobilization, or visceral work.
If you are seeking those types of treatments, please book a Manual Osteopathic Therapy session.
📌 Massage therapy can be direct billed to most extended health plans (depending on your coverage).
