Please review the following important policies before booking your appointment.

📌 North Battleford Update

  • Closed June 26- July 6!
  • I am not accepting new clients at this time.
  • Summer Hours are now in effect!
    • Monday - Thursday 9:30am- 4:00pm

📅 Online Booking Accounts

Online booking requires an active booking account.

If you are unable to book online:

  • Make sure you are logged in to your account.
  • If you have never created an account, you will need to register before booking.
  • Verify that you are using the correct email address.

💳 Insurance Direct Billing

  • Pre-authorization is REQUIRED.
  • TEXT 306-480-7271 BEFORE your appointment to arrange direct billing setup and to request required forms.
  • Insurance cards presented at the time of service will NOT be accepted.
  • A valid Credit Card on file is required for Direct Billing. All expired cards must be updated to maintain eligibility.
  • All new clients, and those who have not booked in 12+ months, must complete their own health history and consent forms before receiving treatment.
  • Only the person receiving the treatment can fill out and sign these forms, not a spouse, partner, friend, or family member.

Late, incomplete, or missing forms WILL result in shortened treatment time, inability to set up and submit insurance claims, or canceling/rescheduling at the client’s expense.

Diane Lavigne RMT MOT

Diane is a dual-licensed therapist, offering both Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) and Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT). She brings over 15 years of hands-on clinical experience and a deep commitment to continuing education in therapeutic bodywork.

Diane graduated with distinction from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2011 and became a member in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan after passing the provincial board exam that same year.

In 2021, seeking to expand her therapeutic approach, she enrolled in the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada’s accelerated two-year program. She graduated with honours and distinction in 2023 and is now also a member of the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association.

Diane does not diagnose medical conditions or “fix” bodies. Her role is to assess and treat what is within her scope of practice and to support the body’s ability to function more efficiently. Lasting results are a collaborative process and depend on client participation, including consistency with care, awareness of daily habits, and following through with recommendations outside of the treatment room.

Assessment and treatment are guided by both clinical findings and the information provided by the client. Clear, honest, and thorough communication is essential, as treatment decisions are based on what is presented during each session.
