Manual Osteopathic Therapy
A gentle, clothed, hands-on therapy β not a massage
Manual osteopathic therapy is a subtle, whole-body approach designed to restore balance, mobility, and function in the body. It works with your joints, fascia, nervous system, and internal structures β not just the muscles.
Please note: This is not a form of massage therapy and does not involve deep tissue work or relaxation-focused techniques.
Treatment may include:
Gentle joint and spinal mobilization
Fascial and myofascial release
Visceral manipulation (supporting organ mobility)
Cranial-sacral techniques to calm the nervous system
β
Performed fully clothed β please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing (NO JEANS)
π« Not eligible for direct billing β some plans may allow manual submission for reimbursement
This therapy is gentle, individualized, and well-suited for those who may find traditional deep pressure treatments too intense.
π If you're seeking massage for muscle tension or relaxation, please book a massage therapy session instead.
Massage Therapy
Therapeutic, hands-on care for muscle tension, stress, and soft tissue concerns
Massage therapy focuses on the muscles, fascia, and soft tissues of the body to reduce pain, improve mobility, relieve tension, and support your overall well-being. Treatments are tailored to your needs and may include techniques such as:
Swedish massage
Deep tissue therapy
Myofascial release
Trigger point therapy
Relaxation-based techniques
