πŸ“‹ Before You Book: Please Read

Please review the following important policies before booking your appointment.

🩺 Health History & Informed Consent

  • All new clients, and those who have not booked in 12+ months, must complete their own health history and consent forms before receiving treatment.
  • These forms help us provide safe and personalized care.
  • Only the person receiving the treatment can fill out and sign these forms, not a spouse, partner, friend, or family member.

πŸ’³ Insurance Direct Billing

If you plan to use direct billing through your extended health benefits:

  • You must complete an Insurance Authorization & Consent form.
  • This is required by your Insurance Provider and gives us permission to submit claims and share essential treatment info with your insurer.
  • Coverage is not guaranteed β€” you are responsible for any unpaid balances, therefore a valid credit card is required on file.

πŸ“Œ Booking the Right Service

  • Please take a moment to read each service description carefully before booking.
  • This ensures you’re choosing the appropriate treatment type and length.

πŸ“ New Clients – North Battleford Location

  • πŸ‘‰ All new clients must contact me directly to request an appointment. Please be aware that not all requests can be accommodated.

  • 🚫 NO online booking is permitted for new clients.

A gentle, clothed, hands-on therapy β€” not a massage

Manual osteopathic therapy is a subtle, whole-body approach designed to restore balance, mobility, and function in the body. It works with your joints, fascia, nervous system, and internal structures β€” not just the muscles.

Please note: This is not a form of massage therapy and does not involve deep tissue work or relaxation-focused techniques.

Treatment may include:
Gentle joint and spinal mobilization
Fascial and myofascial release
Visceral manipulation (supporting organ mobility)
Cranial-sacral techniques to calm the nervous system

βœ… Performed fully clothed – please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing (NO JEANS)
🚫 Not eligible for direct billing – some plans may allow manual submission for reimbursement

This therapy is gentle, individualized, and well-suited for those who may find traditional deep pressure treatments too intense.

πŸ“Œ If you're seeking massage for muscle tension or relaxation, please book a massage therapy session instead.
