With over 15 years of experience in hands-on therapy, Diane takes a whole body, assessment driven approach to treatment. Her focus is Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT) and Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT), combining thorough assessment with gentle hands on techniques to address areas of imbalance, restriction and altered movement.

Diane’s approach recognizes that the body is interconnected and that pain, tension and movement are influenced by the nervous system, daily demands, movement patterns and recovery, not simply by what is happening in a single muscle or joint.

Her goal is not to “fix” the body, but to understand what it is presenting, provide appropriate input, and support the body’s ability to adapt, move and function more effectively.
